Why do I need a Home Inspection Report?

Buying a new home is probably the biggest investment you'll ever make!  The process can be extremely stressful and confusing.  There is always considerable risk involved when making such a large purchase.  As a professional inspectOR we are here to significantly reduce your risk and help make the entire home buying process easier and less stressful.  We really enjoy helping our clients in this process.  Customer service is our highest priority. Do I need to be present during the Home Inspection?

We encourage all of our clients to accompany our Licensed Home Inspectors during the inspection.  You should feel free to ask the inspector any questions you may have during the inspection process.  We do ask that you save questions till the end of inspection. Inspections are very tedious and we want to be sure all focus is on the home. Once the inspector has walked the house they will point out problems and explain them to you.  The inspector will also show you the good points of the house as well.

 

What if I cannot make it to the Home Inspection?

If you are not able to be present during the Home Inspection do not stress!  The Home Inspector has your best interest in hand and will inspection the home as if they were buying it for themselves.  Every Inspection will receive a comprehensive report that is easy to understand.  Defects will be highlight in red.  The report will be filled with pictures to easily guide you.  Everything identified during the inspection will be included in the report.  Our Inspectors can easily be reached via Phone or Email to help walk you through in questions you have while reading the report.
