Finding the Right Service
When you reach out to us, you will meet Billie Jo, our office manager. Billie Jo, grew up in NC and has been a nurse for nearly 40 years. Her nursing skills will help you understand the inspection process and help guide you through your inspection questions and help you choose the correct inspection services that best fit your needs and budget. We understand buying a home is expensive and scray. It will be her pleasure to provide you a comfortable and pressure free consultation to explain all the options that are avaliable to you so that you can choose the services that are right for you and your family.
Our Inspectors and Staff
David Jones
David is the owner and our senior inspector. He grew up local in NC and has witnessesed all the structural changes and building materials changes that has occured in our area for over the last 40 plus years. He presents himself as if you have known him all your life, just as an uncle or a brother. He is very approachable and will welcome you as family.
Austin Dowless
Austin is our newest licensed inspector and the only person David has ever trusted to allow to inspect with him. Austin grew up in North/South Carolina. Having worked in our Pest Control, Repair and Remodeling business for roughly the last 10 years and has a background in industrial electrical work. Austin shadowed and train with David everyday for 3 years until David finally decided he was ready.
As David says " Austin is the most "Senior", junior inspector you will ever meet!"
Billie Jo Ransom
Billie Jo, is our Office Manager and Scheduler. She will be your guide through your entire inspection journey. Working as a Nurse for most of her life, she is very understanding and very easy to talk to. Billie Jo, will provide you understanding as to the inspection process and will help you determine the inspections that would benefit you and your family. The inspections are to protect you and your family from that big mistake! Education and knoledge is key to your families safety. She will provide you with all the guidance and information you will need to make a good decision on how to proceed.
